What’s a Metaverse Hand Turkey Competition?
Don’t worry folks. But First of all, the full name of this Competition is actually the RivrDoge Presents: The First Annual Metaverse DEFI 2.0 Ohm Fork p2e NFT Bespoke Hand Turkey Competition!

A hand turkey is simply a trace of your hand and then you decorate it to look like a turkey. EZPZ
If you google “hand turkey art,” I promise you won’t get a bunch of weird porn, but will get a lot of neat ideas on how to expand on this (paint-covered hands, 3-d turkeys, etc.). You don’t even have to really trace your hand — I didn’t for my example up there!
The competition part is that RivrDoge would like to unite all the Projects, Teams, and Groups on MoonriverNW together to compete against each other!
That’s it! If your Project would like to participate, contact @RivrDoge or @RivrMaid on Telegram by NOVEMBER 14, 2021! That’s it!
How will the competition work?
Each group that wishes to participate would allocate $100 worth MOVR (that they will keep until it’s time to pay it out). If 19 or less groups participate, the prize pool will be split 50% to first; 30% to second; and 20% to third. If 20 or more groups participate, it will be split 35/25/20/10/10.
Between November 15, 2021, and November 21, 2021, contestants may submit their Hand Turkey Art to the RivrDoge Twitter Account via tweet, which will organize the images for voting!
Finally, the voting will take place by allocating each participating project 3 Votes:
- One Community vote;
- One Developer Team vote; and
- One Mod Team vote.
If your group or project does not have one of these, don’t worry, you can allocate your 3 votes however you want!
Voting will take place from November 22, 2021 through November 24, 2021 and the winner will be crowned!
What Else?
Who knows! Maybe this will be a disaster! Maybe it will be awesome! Maybe we can convince somebody to turn the winners into NFTs! Maybe all of the entries into NFTs! Let’s build some community on Moonriver!
